Herbal Class Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Payment reserves your space. Please review the class date, format, location, required materials, and any participation requirements before registering.

• More than seven days before class: You may cancel for a full refund or request a one-time transfer to a future class.
• Seven days or less before class: Registration is nonrefundable. You may request a one-time transfer to a future class by contacting us before the scheduled start time.
• After class begins or for missed classes: Refunds and transfers are not available.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing; your financial institution may require additional time.

Each registration may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Your credit must be used within six months of the original class date.

Credits apply toward the amount originally paid. If the replacement class costs more, you are responsible for the difference. Any remaining credit may be used within the original six-month period and is not redeemable for cash.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant at no additional charge. Contact us before class begins with the replacement participant’s name and contact information. Age restrictions and other class requirements still apply.

Please check your internet connection, device, and access link before class. Participant internet or device problems do not qualify for a refund.

Recordings are provided only when included in the class listing. If a technical issue on our end prevents delivery of the class, we will offer a replacement session or a refund.

Self-paced registrations may be refunded within seven days of purchase only if course access has not begun and materials have not been downloaded. Once lessons are accessed or materials are downloaded, registration is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

If a class kit has already been shipped, received, or used, its disclosed cost and any shipping charges are nonrefundable when you cancel. These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund or credit. Kit costs will be stated before purchase.

If we cancel a class, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a future class. If we change the date, you may attend the new session, transfer your registration, or receive a full refund.

For weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other disruptions, we will notify registered participants as soon as possible using the contact information provided at registration.

Please contact us before class if illness or an emergency prevents attendance. Additional accommodations may be considered individually and are not guaranteed.

Submit cancellation, rescheduling, or transfer requests in writing through our website contact form or by replying to your registration confirmation email. Include your name, class title, scheduled date, and requested change. Requests are dated when received.

By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
